Housing and Health Society is seeking a dedicated Janitor and Maintenance Worker. This position involves janitorial duties and maintenance of the facility, including plumbing and electrical upkeep. You will also support new staff and maintain a safe workplace in accordance with health and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform sweeping, washing, and waxing of floors
- Handle garbage disposal and manage recycling containers
- Monitor and maintain all building equipment
