Join our dynamic facilities maintenance team as a Maintenance Worker and play a vital role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and efficiency of our residential or commercial properties. Duties

- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems using schematics, ohmmeters, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
- Conduct welding repairs and perform basic carpentry tasks such as residential painting and drywall repairs.
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and schedule future inspections.
- Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals to diagnose issues accurately.
- Supervise or assist with facilities maintenance projects, ensuring safety protocols are followed.




- Respond promptly to emergency repairs or urgent maintenance requests to minimize downtime.
- Maintain a clean and protected work environment while adhering to health and safety regulations.

Experience

- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or building repair within residential or manufacturing settings.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in troubleshooting electrical systems and mechanical equipment.
- Skilled in welding techniques and basic carpentry, including residential painting.
- Experience working with schematics, technical manuals, and tools such as ohmmeters.
- Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) used in automation systems.
- Supervising experience or leadership skills preferred for team coordination roles.
- Customer service skills to effectively communicate with residents, tenants, or team members in a professional manner.

Job Types: Seasonal, Freelance Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
