We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Manager to lead our retail team to success! Duties

- Lead and supervise store staff, including recruiting, training, coaching, and evaluating team members to ensure peak performance
- Manage daily store operations, including cash handling, cashiering, and POS (Point of Sale) systems to ensure smooth transactions
- Develop and implement effective strategies to optimize sales
- Oversee purchasing decisions and inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels while controlling costs
- Conduct regular sales analysis, budgeting, and pricing adjustments to meet sales targets and maximize profitability
- Foster excellent customer service by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining high standards of communication skills and phone etiquette
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Developing new catering strategies and implementing them to increase sales

Qualifications





- Proven supervising experience in retail management or a similar leadership role with strong team management skills
- Proficient with Middle Eastern/Pakistani cuisine
- Must be able to differentiate between spices/flavours
- Excellent communication skills in both English and bilingual abilities preferred; multilingual skills are a plus
- Demonstrated expertise in recruiting, training & development, and interviewing new staff members
- Solid understanding of payroll processing, bookkeeping, budgeting, and administrative procedures
- Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail sales operations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques, pricing strategies, marketing concepts, and sales management principles
- Experience with supervising cashiering activities, customer service excellence, and store operations compliance
- Ability to handle math calculations accurately for bookkeeping and financial tasks
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork while maintaining high standards of store management excellence
