Our client in Scarborough seeks an experienced Financial Controller to lead the accounting team and oversee financial reporting, cash flow management, and internal controls. This role provides a transparent succession path toward a VP of Finance position and works closely with senior leadership.

The successful candidate will manage month-end/ year-end close, inventory costing and regulatory reporting, while mentoring staff and driving process improvements within a growing manufacturing organization.
