L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Sr. Associate, Manufacturing Engineering, Systems - Projects (L2) in Waterdown, Ontario. This role supports the shop floor for WESCAM products, driving quality, lead-time reduction, and process validation.

You will lead NPI and sustaining activities, collaborate with Design Engineering on new systems processes, and guide tooling and automation design. Solid Lean, project management, and cross-functional collaboration are required.
