As an essential member of the De Salaberry Laboratory, you will assist with sample triaging, accessioning, and perform routine procedures under the guidance of a Charge Technologist. Your expertise will help maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with health regulations. Previous experience in medical labs and a certification from the Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Science are preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in triaging, accessioning, and specimen processing
- Perform phlebotomies following departmental protocols




- Maintain a secure and compliant laboratory environment
- Contribute to quality assurance programs
- Support effective communication within the team Requirements:
- Completed Grade 12 or equivalent, Manitoba Standards
- Experience in a laboratory setting preferred
- Familiar with medical terminology and sterile techniques
- Keyboarding skills of 50-55 wpm an asset
