Position: Front Desk Medical Receptionist ( Full-Time/ Part time)

Dream Kids Clinic & Paediatric Urgent Care—Ontario’s highest-rated pediatric clinic—is growing and looking for Front Desk Medical Receptionists to join our exceptional team!

Location: (Mississauga / Oakville)

Looking for friendly, organized, and passionate individual who enjoys working with children and families.

Job Summary:

As a key part of our clinic operations, you will:

- Greet and register patients with professionalism and warmth
- Manage phone calls, appointment bookings, and patient inquiries
- Help maintain clinic flow and ensure a positive patient experience
- Filing , organizing medical information through EMR
- Assist with basic clinical tasks such as:
- Measuring patient weight, height, and temperature
- Support daily clinic upkeep such as tidying and disinfecting exam rooms
- Ensuring cleanliness and organization of reception and waiting areas
- Assisting with supply restocking for front desk

Qualifications:

- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a busy medical pediatric setting




- Able to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities, including basic clinical support
- Previous medical clinic administration experience is required ( min. 3 years)
- Experience with Alembico EMR is a valuable asset.

Locations: Oakville / Mississauga Compensation: $20-$23 /hr based on experience.
