We are seeking a dedicated Medical Office Assistant to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support within a busy medical practice, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent patient service. Responsibilities

- Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in procedures
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate patient flow efficiently
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, directing queries appropriately
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Support medical staff with preparing examination rooms and managing supplies
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality and data protection regulations




- Assist in billing processes and processing payments as required

Requirements

- Previous medical office experience is highly desirable
- used OSCARPRO and OCEAN
- Administrative experience within a healthcare setting is advantageous
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel)
- A professional attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding patient care

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.90-$20.00 per hour
