Job Summary

Meeting room support technician for on-site downtown Calgary, we’re looking for someone with a genuine interest in technology who is coachable and eager to learn. We'll train you on the rest.

Key Responsibilities

- Check meeting room equipment for proactive room checks.

- Troubleshoot issues and work with Tier 3 support when required.

- Set up meeting rooms by helping users get connected.

- Perform break-fix of faulty equipment.

- Keep inventory and management of assets accurate.

Skill Requirements

- A strong interest in technology and a willingness to be coached.

- Basic knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 and networking.

- Valuable problem-solving skills.

- Friendly, clear communication with a focus on the customer.

- Able to pivot when priorities change..

Nice to have:

- Crestron

- Biamp

- Microsoft Teams Rooms.

Other Requirements

- Some experience in technical support, AV or IT, through work, school or personal projects.
