Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Middle Eastern Cuisine Chef to lead the preparation and presentation of authentic Middle Eastern dishes. Duties

- Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Middle Eastern dishes with precision and creativity, maintaining authentic flavors and presentation standards
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance on food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling procedures to ensure consistency and quality
- Manage food safety protocols by adhering to hygiene standards, proper storage practices, and sanitation regulations
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with health regulations
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop new menu items that highlight authentic Middle Eastern cuisine and meet customer preferences
- Train team members on food preparation techniques, safety procedures,



and hospitality standards to foster a cohesive and efficient kitchen team
- Assist in serving guests when necessary, ensuring excellent food service experience from kitchen to table

Skills

- Must have through understanding of preparing kabobs, rice, lamb roasts, etc...
- Extensive food preparation and cooking skills specific to Middle Eastern dishes such as kebabs, mezze, stews, and baked goods
- Robust food handling knowledge including hygiene practices and safety regulations in the food industry
- Excellent team management abilities with leadership qualities that motivate staff and promote teamwork
- Experience in restaurant management or kitchen operations within the hospitality sector
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of bartending and serving is a plus for providing comprehensive guest service
