Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Nail Technician/Pedicure Technician to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will provide exceptional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and other nail treatments, ensuring each client leaves feeling pampered and confident. Your expertise will help create a welcoming atmosphere where clients feel valued and cared for, while also promoting retail products and additional services to enhance their experience.

Responsibilities

- Perform professional nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and artistry
- Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization standards to ensure client safety and hygiene compliance
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable nail treatments and color options based on client preferences
- Engage with clients through excellent communication skills, creating a friendly and relaxing atmosphere
- Upsell retail products such as nail polishes, skincare items,



and tools to enhance the client’s experience and boost sales
- Assist with body waxing services when qualified, offering comprehensive beauty treatments
- Educate clients on proper nail care routines for ongoing maintenance at home

Skills

- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, including shaping, polishing, and applying enhancements
- Experience with body waxing procedures is a plus but not mandatory
- Excellent customer service skills to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction
- Ability to uphold high sanitation standards consistently in all treatments
- Effective communication skills for explaining services and product recommendations clearly
- Retail sales aptitude to promote products confidently without being intrusive
- Team player with a positive attitude who thrives in a rapid-paced environment
