This is a vibrant, premium-casual concept with a busy kitchen and a strong focus on great food, consistency and team culture.

We’re looking for a hands‑on culinary leader who knows how to run a kitchen, develop a team and keep things moving during busy service.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Lead day-to-day kitchen operations
- Manage, coach and develop the culinary team
- Maintain high standards for food quality, consistency and presentation
- Oversee prep, service and kitchen organization
- Manage ordering, inventory and food costs
- Support scheduling, training and performance management




- Help maintain recipes, SOPs and kitchen systems

What We’re Looking For

- Previous Kitchen Manager, Head Chef or similar leadership experience
- Strong experience in a busy full-service restaurant
- Confident people leader with the ability to coach and develop a team
- Strong understanding of food cost, labour, inventory and kitchen operations
- High standards for food quality and consistency
- Asian cuisine experience is highly preferred
- Positive, energetic approach and ability to thrive in a quick‑paced environment
