YOUR MISSIONSI am looking for an accounting technician for a construction company in Laval. Maintaining the books and performing routine accounting entries;-Managing accounts payable, from verifying invoices to preparing payments;- Handle invoicing, monitor accounts receivable, and assist with collections;- Record and reconcile deposits and participate in accounting reconciliations;- Assist with inventory tracking and government rebates;- Prepare the documents required for external audits;-Handle follow-ups related to the CCQ, contract terminations, and release forms;-Help improve processes and internal controls;-Collaborate with the finance department and various teams within the company;YOUR PROFILEYour Profile:-Hold a DEC or DEP in accounting, or equivalent training;-On-site gym and parking;-A dynamic work workplace with a high degree of autonomy and close collaboration with the finance director.
