Availability We’re Looking For

This position is specifically for individuals who are consistently available to work evenings and until 12:00 AM (midnight), including weekends.

Our evening team plays an important role in supporting our dinner and late-evening operations and preparing the restaurant for the next day. Reliable availability until midnight is essential for this position.

Applicants should have reliable transportation or another dependable way to get home after their shift, as public transportation may be limited later in the evening.

A Day in the Life

No two shifts are exactly the same. As an Evening Crew Member, you may work in the kitchen, front counter, Drive-Thru, dining room, or beverage station while supporting our team through dinner and late-evening operations.

Your shift may include:

- Preparing food and beverages to McDonald’s quality standards
- Serving guests at the front counter, Drive-Thru, or dining area
- Assembling dine-in, take-out, mobile, and delivery orders
- Taking guest orders and processing payments accurately
- Cleaning and sanitizing workstations, equipment, dining areas, and washrooms
- Stocking supplies and preparing work areas for the next shift
- Supporting evening cleaning and restaurant organization
- Working together with your team in a fast-paced environment
- Following food safety, workplace safety,



and company procedures at all times

Qualifications

- Consistent evening availability, including the ability to work until 12:00 AM (midnight)
- Weekend availability
- Reliable transportation or ability to consistently get home after a midnight shift
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- No prior experience required; food service or customer service experience is an asset

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

- Part-time evening schedule with shifts that may run until 12:00 AM (midnight)
- Prolonged standing and walking
- Frequent bending, lifting, and reaching
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Exposure to kitchen equipment and cleaning chemicals
- Quick-paced and energetic restaurant workplace
