Happy Bays Car Wash & Detail Centre is looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized individual to join our team as a Part time Front Desk Receptionist.

This position is for weekends, Saturday and Sunday, from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

This is an excellent opportunity for students, including college and university students, or anyone looking for consistent weekend employment in a friendly, professional environment.

No previous car wash or automotive experience is necessary. We provide training!

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Service: Greet customers, answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with general inquiries.
- Appointment Scheduling: Book detailing appointments and manage the daily schedule.
- Payment Processing: Handle customer transactions using our payment system (training provided).
- Office & Lounge Maintenance: Keep the reception area, customer lounge, and facility clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Closing Duties: Complete evening closing procedures, including light cleaning, checking the facility, and securely locking up.

What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's licence (required).
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable communicating with customers.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn.




- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be available every Saturday and Sunday from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Students are encouraged to apply! Previous receptionist or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
