What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a confident, efficient, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a busy environment. You should be a quick learner who excels at multitasking and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone with a high level of customer service
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
- Handle billing, payments, and manage outstanding accounts and rejections
- Perform electronic filing, faxing, scanning, and general administrative duties
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area
- Handling direct billing for WCB, ICBC, MSP, and private insurance

Qualifications & Skills:





- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Well-organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Comfortable with technology and able to learn new systems quickly
- Previous MOA experience and familiarity with Jane EMR is not a requirement but an asset

Schedule:

- We are looking for someone to join us Part Time/Full Time. Hours can be discussed to ensure that we find a schedule that is mutually beneficial.
- We are also looking for someone to fill in for Sick/Vacation coverage.
