CarePartners is seeking Personal Support Workers to provide patient- and family-centered care in the Chelmsford and Hanmer areas. You will assist with daily living activities, home safety, meals, and emotional support to patients while promoting dignity and comfort.

We offer a competitive wage grid from $20.96 to $23.20 per hour, a $750 signing bonus, paid mileage at 0.45 per km plus travel time, paid orientation and mentoring, access to perks, EAP, discounts, and opportunities for continuing
