Duties

- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Administer medications accurately according to care plans and document all medication-related activities
- Support clients with meal preparation, feeding, and nutritional needs to promote healthy eating habits
- Provide companionship and emotional support to foster social engagement and mental well-being
- Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning client spaces to maintain a safe and hygienic environment




- Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques to ensure safety for clients with limited movement
- Monitor clients’ health status, report changes or concerns promptly to healthcare professionals or family members

Skills

- Proven experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home care environments
- Strong background in senior care and experience working with individuals with disabilities or dementia
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols and caregiving best practices
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare teams
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Compassionate attitude combined with patience and respect for diverse needs
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or client requirements while maintaining professionalism

Pay: $22.00-$34.00 per hour
