We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting pharmacists in delivering exceptional patient care. This position requires a strong understanding of medical terminology and medication administration, as well as the ability to thrive in a rapid-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications to patients
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of medication inventory and patient prescriptions
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety standards
- Support the medication administration process under the supervision of licensed pharmacists
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing pharmacy supplies
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Kroll
- Can communicate in English and Arabic
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient care
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
