Position Overview

We are currently seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant .

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with daily pharmacy operations, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a strong commitment to accuracy, patient confidentiality, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

● Assist pharmacists with prescription preparation and dispensing while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency

● Assist with inventory management, including receiving, organizing, restocking, and monitoring medication supplies

● Provide friendly and professional customer service and respond to patient inquiries under the supervision of the pharmacist

● Maintain patient confidentiality and follow all applicable privacy and pharmacy regulations

● Assist with medication administration procedures when required and ensure appropriate documentation is completed





● Ensure the pharmacy area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

● Perform additional pharmacy-related duties as required to support smooth daily operations

Qualifications & Skills

● Strong computer skills and the ability to learn and adapt to pharmacy software systems

● Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

● Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

● Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced pharmacy environment

● Professional, friendly, dependable, and patient-focused approach

● Good knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacy-related procedures

● Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

● Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
