Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and passionate Comprehensive Pilates Instructor to join our team! In this role, you will inspire and motivate clients of all skill levels to achieve their wellness goals through engaging Pilates classes. Your expertise will help foster a positive, inclusive environment where members feel supported and empowered.

As a key member of our team, you will deliver high-quality instruction, promote healthy lifestyles, and contribute to the vibrant community atmosphere of our fitness center.

Duties

- Lead engaging and secure Pilates classes tailored to diverse skill levels and individual needs
- Demonstrate proper technique and form to ensure effective workouts and prevent injuries
- Provide clear instructions and modifications to accommodate different abilities and limitations
- Foster a welcoming environment that encourages participation, motivation, and community spirit
- Maintain equipment, studio cleanliness, and ensure all safety protocols are followed
- Communicate effectively with clients to track progress, answer questions, and offer personalized advice




- Collaborate with team members to develop new class formats and improve overall member experience

Qualifications

- Fluent in English, Cantonese or Mandarin
- Able to teach group and private sessions
- Experience with Mat, Reformer, Chair, Cadillac & Ladder Barrel
- Passionate about Pilates & dedicated to client care
- Effective time management skills to organize classes and client appointments efficiently

Certification in Pilates instruction from a recognized organization is preferred; ongoing professional development is encouragedJoin us in creating an inspiring space where health, wellness, and community thrive!
