Experienced Pizza Cook & Customer Service Team Member

Uncle Gino’s Pizzeria is looking for an experienced, reliable and hardworking team member to join our team.

We're looking for someone who has previous pizza-making experience and strong customer service skills. This person needs to be comfortable working in a fast-paced takeout pizzeria, preparing quality food, helping customers and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook pizzas, wings, appetizers and other menu items.
- Complete food preparation and maintain consistent portion sizes and quality.
- Handle customer service, phone orders and customer inquiries.
- Prepare orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized and sanitary kitchen.
- Follow food safety procedures and help minimize food waste.
- Take initiative, stay productive and work well independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

- Previous pizza-making experience is required.
- Previous customer service experience is required.
- Reliable, punctual and dependable.
- Able to work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.




- Takes pride in their work and pays attention to detail.
- Available to work Tuesday through Saturday.

Schedule

- Tuesday through Saturday availability required.
- Sundays and Mondays off.
- Approximately 25–35 hours per week, depending on business needs.

Pay Starting at Ontario minimum wage, with pay negotiable during the first two weeks based on experience, skill level and performance. We are willing to pay more for the right person who can demonstrate their value and deliver consistently.
