Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Power Wash Technician / Driver, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of various facilities, client fleet and equipment. In this hands-on role, you will operate professional-grade mobile pressure washing systems across various commercial job sites. You'll be responsible for operating power washing equipment, managing timely transportation, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Because we operate in all seasons, this position requires working outdoors in changing weather conditions. Shift schedules are spread across the week, including weekends, but you are guaranteed two consecutive days off during the week. Weekday shifts can vary between early mornings and occasional night shifts to accommodate client fleet schedules.

Key Job Duties

- Operate high-pressure washing equipment and heating systems to clean commercial vehicle fleets, heavy machinery, trailers, and concrete pads.
- Operate high-pressure power washing equipment to clean building exteriors, sidewalks, parking lots, and other surfaces efficiently and thoroughly
- Safely drive company vehicles to various job sites, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols
- Prepare work sites by setting up necessary tools and ensuring all equipment is in proper working order before starting each job
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring safety compliance for company mobile units.
- Manage time effectively to complete scheduled jobs within designated timeframes while maintaining quality standards
- Arrive on time, work independently or as part of a crew,



and follow health and safety procedures on every job site.

Requirements

- Driver’s License: A valid G license is required with a clean driving record. Holding an DZ license is a strong asset.
- Physical Fitness: Capable of performing physical labor, standing for extended periods, pressure washing, and lifting equipment or hoses.
- Outdoor Resilience: Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions (summers, winters, rain, or seasonal elements).
- Reliability & Flexibility: Punctual, dependable, and willing to work flexible shifts (including early mornings, rotating weekdays, and weekends)
