Canada

A bit about us…

At Snackish, we’re creating the everyday snack for a new generation.

We’re vertically integrated (hello, Snacktory!) scaling across North America in the U.S. and Canada, backed by a world-class CPG team that has a track record of building category-defining brands (and having fun while doing it!).

If you’re energized by early-stage momentum, bold ideas, moving fast, and creating something people reach for every day, we're just getting started. Join us on the snackpack & play a key role in defining the future of everyday snacking. ?

We are proudly Female-Founded and led by an all-female identifying leadership team.

How your role will bring the vision to life:

This role is the engine behind Potato to Shelf. You will own the demand plan and S&OP;, secure the materials and packaging that keep our lines running as we add a second production line in 2027, drive cost optimization and waste reduction across our supply base and production, get ahead of supply risk before it becomes a crisis, and keep raw materials and finished goods moving smoothly through Snacktory.

Strategic Procurement & Sourcing

- Source and onboard suppliers across raw materials, packaging, and marketing materials, in some cases running RFPs to qualify new sources
- Collaborate on and drive supplier contracts, including exclusivity terms and floor stock agreements
- Own day-to-day supplier relationships, quotes, and lead times
- Establish and monitor supplier performance against key metrics: on-time delivery, quality, and compliance
- Own an annual cost savings initiative across raw materials and packaging, setting targets and reporting progress through negotiation, consolidation, and sourcing alternatives
- Build and maintain a risk mitigation strategy for the supply base, identifying single-source and high-risk inputs, developing secondary-source suppliers, and monitoring cost and market trends to protect continuity
- Own marketing and retail display materials, including shippers, Costco trays, and other displays, from structural design and dielines through artwork handoff, proofing, and print, partnering closely with Marketing and Creative
- Manage specs, costing, and lead times for display and marketing materials so programs land on time for retailer set dates and club programs

Planning & Site Operations

- Own inbound raw material planning, PO timing, supplier lead times, and delivery scheduling so materials land ahead of production need
- Coordinate finished goods release with our logistics team so product moves from Snacktory to our 3PL network quickly after production
- Provide the Site Director with clean data on raws availability and inbound timing to support production scheduling
- Own the monthly S&OP; cycle, from Sales & Demand Consensus through Executive S&OP;, bringing a clear view of demand, supply, inventory, and risk
- Build and own the demand plan,

partnering with Sales on customer forecasts and translating them into materials and production requirements
- Track rate of sale (ROS) by retailer and SKU, feeding sell-through trends back into the forecast and inventory targets
- Oversee regular cycle counts with the Snacktory team to maintain accurate inventory

Systems & Data

- Maintain accurate data in our ERP system (Cin7), ensuring BOM structures reflect real production
- Review and update BOMs and yield/shrink data during assembly builds, partnering with the Site Director and Chief Manufacturing Officer on yield and cost variance analysis
- Lead waste and scrap analysis in partnership with Manufacturing, tracking scrap by line, SKU, and cause, quantifying cost impact, and driving reduction initiatives
- Validate receiving quantities and costs against POs, flagging and resolving discrepancies
- Conduct purchase price variance (PPV) analysis and collaborate with Finance on reporting and cost reconciliation
- Attend and contribute to Launch Pipeline Weekly meetings
- Use AI tools to speed up forecasting, PO and inventory workflows, and S&OP; reporting, cutting manual work as volume grows

What success looks like:

- Cost savings targets are hit annually across raw materials and packaging, driven by real negotiation and smart sourcing, not just tracking.
- Supplier risk is a solved problem, not a surprise: single-source exposure is known, tracked, and backed by qualified alternatives.
- Snacktory never runs out of raw materials: inbound timing is dialed in so production never waits on us.
- Finished goods clear the factory floor and reach our 3PL network on time, every time, with no backups slowing down the next production run.
- ERP data, BOMs, and yield/shrink numbers are clean enough that Finance and Operations build on them without double-checking.
- PPV analysis lands on time and holds up, giving Finance a number they can trust and act on.
- The demand plan is trusted across Sales, Finance, and Manufacturing, and forecast accuracy improves quarter over quarter.
- Shippers, Costco trays, and display programs land on time, on spec, and on budget for every retail launch.
- Waste and scrap are measured, understood, and trending down, with clear root causes and owners.

We’re looking for an incredible human who:

- Has 5+ years of combined experience in demand and supply planning, procurement, or strategic sourcing, ideally in CPG or food manufacturing
- Negotiates supplier contracts with confidence: exclusivity terms, floor stock agreements, volume pricing, and knows how to walk away from a bad deal
- Has built a real risk mitigation strategy before,

not just a spreadsheet of vendors, but a resilient supply base with secondary sourcing baked in
- Is fluent in ERP systems, BOMs, yield and shrink, and PPV analysis, and works comfortably alongside Finance to reconcile the numbers
- Has owned a demand plan and S&OP; process, and is comfortable using retailer POS and syndicated data to read rate of sale
- Has managed retail display and marketing materials, such as shippers, club trays, and PDQs, from structural design through production
- Has led waste or scrap reduction work alongside a manufacturing team
- Actively uses AI tools to drive efficiencies in planning, data flows, and process optimization, reducing manual work wherever possible
- Is comfortable and GMP trained on the plant floor, not just in a spreadsheet, and is happy to travel regularly to Snacktory in Atlanta
- Is proactive, detail-obsessed, and thrives in a fast-moving environment where ownership is expected and ambiguity is just part of the job

What we care about…

Fun is Fuel: We choose to keep it light. It makes us human, keeps us energized, and reminds us why we started in the first place.

Community over Everything: People first, always. We lead with kindness. We care for those around us and the families who shape our lives.

Gratitude Always: Gratitude guides us in how we show up, how we speak, and how we make people feel seen.

Bold by Default: We say the thing, challenge the “how it’s always been done” mindset, take up space, and back what we believe.

Own your Sh*t: We are proactive, accountable, and always learning. We show up with heart, own the outcome, and pour passion into what we do.

Speed with Intention: We have a bias towards action and trusting our gut. We believe growth lives in momentum, not perfection.

Compensation & Perks:

At Snackish, every Snackpack member has real ownership: one class of shares, no complex structures, and true shared upside. When Snackish grows, we grow together.

Our cap table is intentionally simple and meaningful, designed so equity translates into real outcomes.

We offer highly competitive compensation, along with real impact and opportunities for career growth.

We work hard and respect individual flow in a high-trust environment. Our perks include comprehensive coverage for you and your family, generous (and encouraged) PTO, flexible work hours, and wellness-focused perks that support you & your family's mental, physical, and emotional well-being, plus your own Snack Stash (unlimited product).

This role is remote in Canada, ideally in the Toronto area or Eastern Time, with regular travel to Snacktory in Atlanta, GA. On site, you'll spend time on the floor working shoulder to shoulder with our manufacturing team where the product actually comes together. You'll be part of our Crunch HQ team, with bi-annual offsites (welcome to Camp Snackish!) and frequent dept meet-ups to connect, align, and make magic together!
