TherapyCRM is practice management software for pediatric therapy clinics in Canada: ABA, speech-language, OT and physio. Clinics use it to book sessions, record therapy data, track Ontario Autism Program funding and bill families. We're a small team based in Mississauga.

We're looking for someone who loves being on camera. You'll film videos yourself, edit them and publish them on our YouTube channel, with short cuts for YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn. Some videos walk through the product. Others answer the questions clinic owners and therapists actually ask, like how OAP funding works or how to prepare for a parent meeting.

Please apply only if you genuinely love being on camera. You'll be the face and voice of TherapyCRM on YouTube every week, so this role suits someone who already enjoys filming and presenting.

This is a paid, part-time, remote internship of about 10 to 15 hours a week. You set your own schedule around school or other work.

What you'll do

- Plan one or two videos a week with us, from a short brief or from your own ideas
- Record yourself at home with a phone or webcam and a decent microphone
- Record screen walkthroughs of TherapyCRM using our demo clinic, which has only made-up data
- Edit in whatever tool you like (CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro or Descript), with captions,



cuts and thumbnails
- Upload to YouTube with titles, descriptions and chapters, then post short versions to Shorts and LinkedIn
- Look at what people watched and commented on, and suggest what we should make next

What we're looking for

- You're comfortable talking to a camera and you sound like yourself, not like you're reading a script
- You've already made and edited videos. A YouTube or TikTok channel, a class project or a club's social media all count
- Clear spoken and written English
- You live in Canada and have your own laptop and phone
- Students and recent graduates are welcome. Media, communications and marketing students are a great fit
- It's a plus if you study speech-language pathology, OT, physiotherapy, psychology, behaviour analysis or education, because clinics trust people who understand their work
