The New Product Introduction Program

Manager will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth launch of products such as heat pumps and EV chargers. With a focus on cross-functional coordination, you’ll manage launch planning and enhance operational processes. Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end product launch plans
- Coordinate efforts across multiple teams
- Ensure operational readiness with training and SOPs
- Run pilot programs for recent technologies
- Track progress and resolve any blockers Requirements:
- 5+ years in project management
- Large-scale project delivery experience
- NPI experience and knowledge of thermodynamics
- Strong organizational skills and willingness to travel
