Overview

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Project Manager to support multiple projects in a rapid-paced pharmaceutical market research environment.

The ideal candidate takes ownership, anticipates next steps, follows up consistently, and keeps projects, stakeholders, and deadlines on track. The role includes project coordination, administration, scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Manage multiple projects, timelines, milestones, and deadlines.

- Proactively identify risks, delays, and required next steps.

- Maintain project schedules, meetings, documentation, and updates.

- Follow up on outstanding actions and keep projects moving.

- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external partners.

- Support project administration, budgets, interview scheduling, invoicing, and project close-out activities.





- Use Asana, Monday.com or similar project management tools to track tasks and deliverables.

Desired Experience & Qualification

- Experience in pharmaceuticals industry is a bonus

- Strong administration, organization, follow-up, and attention to detail.

- Proactive and confident when managing stakeholders and deadlines.

- Strong written and verbal English.

- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and project management software.

- PMP certification is an advantage but not required.

- Must be available to work Eastern Time (ET) hours, as the company is based in Canada.

Package & Remuneration

CAD 2,000 per month, approximately R23,500 per month, depending on the prevailing exchange rate.

The salary will be paid in Canadian dollars, so the ZAR equivalent may fluctuate slightly based on currency movements.
