We are seeking a energetic and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our property portfolio. This role is vital in ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained, safe, and efficiently managed to provide an optimal environment for tenants and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong management skills, technical knowledge, and leadership qualities to coordinate maintenance activities, supervise staff, and implement strategic improvements.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple properties, ensuring smooth functioning and compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage maintenance schedules, coordinate repairs, and supervise technical teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to optimize asset lifespan.
- Supervise contractors and service providers, including electrical, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), low voltage systems, and industrial equipment.
- Review schematics, mechanical drawings, and electrical diagrams to troubleshoot issues effectively and plan upgrades or repairs.




- Lead project management efforts for renovations or upgrades, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance documentation while ensuring adherence to safety standards.
- Communicate clearly with tenants, vendors, and team members in English to coordinate services and address concerns promptly.

Skills

- Proven management experience with a strong background in supervising maintenance teams or facilities staff.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple sites.
- Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience in industrial maintenance environments.
- Familiarity with schematics, electrical systems, HVAC units, and low voltage wiring is essential.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Experience working with CMMS platforms for work order tracking and asset management.
- Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) used in manufacturing or industrial settings is a plus.
- Effective communication skills in English for clear reporting and stakeholder engagement.
