CN is seeking an entry-level Front Line Supervisor to manage day-to-day train operations within a territory or terminal and lead unionized crews, ensuring safety, efficiency and adherence to CN operating rules. The role may be on-call and involves a 24/7 operation across line points and customer-facing activities.

The incumbent will learn CN operations, supervise crews, and coordinate with the Transportation Manager to maintain service commitments while prioritizing safety and compliance.
