Fun Diggers is an indoor family entertainment centre featuring remote-controlled excavators and crawlers, children’s sand play, birthday parties, and a café. Our RC area will also offer drinks and snacks for guests to enjoy during their visit.

Join our vibrant team as an RC Café Attendant, where your energy and enthusiasm will create a welcoming workplace for all visitors. In this role, you will be the friendly face behind the counter, delivering exceptional customer service while efficiently managing food and beverage orders. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure smooth operations, making every guest’s experience memorable.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and explain RC Controls and saftey rules, and help them operate excavators and crawlers. take their food and beverage orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale).
- Monitor sessions, manage play times, and keep the RC area clean and organized.
- Inspect vehicles, troubleshoot basic issues, assist with minor repairs, and safely charge and store batteries.
- Prepare and serve a variety of food and drinks, serve guests, process payments,



and follow food safety and responsible alcohol service procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Facility, including food preparation surfaces, serving stations, and dining spaces.
- Ensure proper food handling and safety procedures are followed at all times to comply with health regulations.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness.
- Help with birthday parties, group events, restocking, and cleanup.
- Complete end-of-day closing tasks, including cleaning, tidying play areas, switching off equipment, and securing the facility

Qualifications

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Interest in RC vehicles and basic troubleshooting skills; RC experience is an asset.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods.
- Smart Serve certification required for alcohol service. Food Handler certification, First Aid/CPR, and hospitality experience are assets.
