$18–$22 per hour + 10% commission on services and products

Do you enjoy creating a great first impression and making every guest feel genuinely welcome?

3Twelve Beauty Lounge is a luxury spa and salon in downtown Calgary, and we’re looking for a confident, organized Receptionist to help deliver a seamless guest experience from arrival to checkout.

The Role

You’ll be the friendly face of our front desk, keeping appointments organized, supporting guests and helping the salon run smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include

- Welcoming guests and managing check-in and checkout
- Booking, confirming and rescheduling appointments
- Managing cancellations and waitlists to help keep the schedule full
- Processing payments and completing daily reconciliation accurately
- Encouraging rebooking and recommending suitable services and retail products
- Responding professionally to guest inquiries and reviews
- Keeping the reception and retail areas clean, organized and well stocked

The Person We’re looking for someone who is professional, approachable and calm under pressure.





You will need

- At least 6 months of reception or front desk experience in a spa, salon or beauty environment
- At least 6 months of administrative experience
- Weekend availability
- Confidence using booking software and point-of-sale systems
- Strong communication skills in English
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Discretion when handling guest information

Retail sales experience, knowledge of spa and salon services, or additional languages would be an advantage.
