We are a growing multidisciplinary clinic seeking a receptionist to join our team. Our experienced team of healthcare professionals includes chiropractors, physiotherapists, and massage therapists who work collaboratively to develop treatment plans tailored to each patient's individual needs and goals. At Revita Therapy, we believe personalized care is essential to achieving the best possible patient outcomes.

We are looking for a receptionist to join our team for the following days:

- Wednesday 2:30pm-7pm
- Friday 9am-2pm
- Optional Saturday Shift Available 9am-3pm

Role:

- Greet patients professionally and assist them upon arrival for their appointments
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments




- Process patient billing through online portals
- Respond to incoming phone calls and emails
- Communicate with patients through phone calls and emails
- Contact insurance companies to verify coverage details
- Maintain an organized waiting room and clinical environment
- Participate in ongoing learning and professional development

Requirements:

- This is a highly people-focused position, requiring someone who is confident, approachable and comfortable interacting with patients both in person and over the phone
- Strong professional communication skills regarding treatment plans, scheduling and billing
- Professional appearance and positive demeanor
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
- Flexibility to adapt to each patient's individual needs and preferences

Pay: $17.95 per hour Expected hours: 9.0 – 15.0 per week
