Trillium Recreation Management Inc. is seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-focused Part-Time Recreation Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our team, security concierges, and building staff to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents using recreational amenities.

Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and compassionate Recreation Attendant to join our team! In this role, you will facilitate recreational activities and rock climbing sessions. You will provide exceptional support to residents, and promote a lively, inclusive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

- Facility Supervision: Monitor and supervise the gym, pool area, and other residential amenities to ensure compliance with building policies and regulations.
- Rock Climbing Activities: You will assist in belaying residents during rock climbing sessions on Sundays.
- Safety & Security: Conduct walkthroughs every 30 minutes, carry a communication radio at all times, and enforce guest limits per unit.
- Incident Reporting: File detailed incident reports with resident names, unit numbers, and specific details for management review when rules are broken.
- Amenity Bookings: Handle amenity bookings and conduct thorough pre- and post-use inspections during recreation staffing hours.
- Administrative Duties:



Clock in/out using the our scheduling app, submit detailed "End of the Day Shift Logs," and prepare email reports on facility use and participation.
- Community Events: Host and assist with building events occurring during scheduled shifts.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Mandatory Certification: Must obtain certification in belaying rock climbing activities and complete all required company onboarding. (The employer will provide free training)
- Qualified Conduct: High level of integrity, punctuality, and professional presentation, including wearing the required company uniform and closed-toe shoes.
- Team Player: Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with on-site security and property management.

Schedule & Hours

- Primary Shifts: Sundays from 2:00-8:00 PM.
- Additional Opportunities: Possibility to pick up extra shifts as needed by the employer typically on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM at the same site.
