Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team for 3 days 9-5, plus every other Saturday. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care and ensuring patient comfort. As a Dental Hygienist, you will be responsible for performing dental cleanings, educating patients on oral health, and assisting the dentist in various procedures.

Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough dental cleanings and periodontal treatments for patients.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
- Assist the dentist during examinations and various dental procedures.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix or similar dental software.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive patient experience.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in dental hygiene practices and technologies.




- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care.

Experience

- Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of orthodontics, pediatrics, and medical terminology is a plus.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance communication with diverse patient populations.
- Experience in dental assisting is beneficial but not required.
- Strong customer service skills are essential for building rapport with patients.
