- Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress reports.
- Educate clients on self-care techniques and post-treatment recommendations to support ongoing wellness.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals or wellness practitioners to develop comprehensive care plans when necessary.
- Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and advancements in massage therapy through ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- Valid registration as a Licensed Massage Therapist with the appropriate regulatory body.
- Proficiency in medical terminology relevant to musculoskeletal health and therapeutic treatments.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with diverse clients.
