- Deliver safe, quality care through nursing assessment and planning
- Document all activities in the health care record




- Administer medications and monitor residents for effects
- Consult with Physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Provide guidance to Health Care Aides (HCAs) Requirements:
- Current CRNM/CRPNM or CLPNM nursing license
- Experience in long-term care preferred
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective decision-making and critical thinking
