The Opportunity

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPhT) to join our Burnaby team on a part-time basis.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to practise to your full professional scope while supporting daily pharmacy operations in a fast-paced, digitally enabled environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Process prescriptions and refills accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare, package, and perform technical accuracy checks on prescriptions within the scope of RPhT practice.
- Support prescription dispensing, inventory management, and pharmacy workflow coordination.
- Maintain accurate patient and prescription records.
- Communicate professionally with patients, pharmacists, and other healthcare team members.
- Ensure compliance with applicable pharmacy regulations, professional standards, and internal procedures.




- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to continuously improve operational efficiency and patient service.

Qualifications and Skills

- Active registration as a Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPhT) in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia (required).
- Sound knowledge of BC pharmacy regulations and the RPhT scope of practice.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and patient safety.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working with pharmacy software and digital systems.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Adaptable, receptive to feedback, and comfortable in a dynamic work environment.
