About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly creative and organized Remote Event Planner with expertise in both corporate and virtual events. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage all aspects of event planning and execution from a distance, ensuring seamless and impactful experiences for clients. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to conceptualize, plan, and deliver a wide range of events, utilizing innovative strategies for both in-person and online engagement within the Hospitality & Tourism sector. Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of corporate and virtual events, managing all logistical elements.
- Develop creative event concepts, themes, and agendas tailored to client objectives and target audiences.
- Source and manage relationships with vendors, venues, and technology providers for both physical and virtual platforms.
- Create and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Develop detailed event timelines,



run sheets, and communication plans for all stakeholders.
- Provide on-site or virtual support during events, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth operation.

Requirements

- Proven experience as an Event Planner, with a strong portfolio of corporate and virtual events.
- Exceptional organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in event management software and virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom, Hopin).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, essential for remote collaboration.
- Experience in the Hospitality & Tourism industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and deliver high-quality results in a remote setting.
