About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and organized Remote Wedding Planner to craft dream weddings for clients across various locations, coordinating services remotely from their base near Kimberley . This role involves managing all aspects of wedding planning, from initial consultation and budget management to vendor selection, design, and day-of coordination, all executed with the flexibility of remote work. You will work closely with couples to understand their vision, preferences, and budget, transforming their ideas into memorable and seamless celebrations. Key Responsibilities

- Consult with clients to understand their wedding vision, style, budget, and preferences.
- Develop comprehensive wedding plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all elements are managed effectively.
- Source, vet, and manage relationships with vendors, including venues, caterers, florists, photographers, and entertainers.
- Oversee the design and aesthetic aspects of the wedding, ensuring a cohesive and beautiful event.




- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the planning process.
- Coordinate logistics for the wedding day, ensuring smooth execution and addressing any unforeseen issues.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a wedding planner or event coordinator, with a portfolio of successfully executed weddings.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and vendors.
- Proficiency in wedding planning software and online collaboration tools.
- Creative flair and a keen eye for design and detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required for client consultations and events.
