Overview

We are expanding our installation crew and looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Exterior Renovations &

- Finish Installer who takes pride in quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

- Windows &
- Doors:

Perform tear-outs, framing, retrofit and full-frame replacement, level/plumb/square installations, proper insulation (foam/tape), and interior casing/trim.

- Siding Systems: Install vinyl, fiber cement, engineered wood, and metal siding to manufacturer specifications with precise alignment and flashings.

- Soffit, Fascia, Eavestrough &

- Downspouts:

Measure, cut, and install aluminum soffit, fascia, seamless eavestroughing, and downspout networks for optimal drainage.

- Custom Brake Work: Measure, score, and bend custom aluminum capping/cladding for window and door frame casings on-site using a brake.

- Site &

- Safety Management:

Ensure jobsites remain clean, safe, and organized. Follow safety guidelines (working at heights) and interact professionally with clients.





Qualifications &

- Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience installing windows, doors, siding, soffits, fascia, and eavestroughs.

- Technical Mastery: Excellent aluminum brake bending skills and exact measuring capabilities.

- Physical Fitness: Ability to work comfortably at heights (ladders/scaffolding), perform heavy lifting (50+ lbs), and work outdoors year-round.

- Tools: Possession of basic personal hand tools (pouch, tape measure, hammer, snips, cordless tools). Specialty power tools and equipment provided.

- Licensing: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (ability to drive crew trucks/trailers).

- Certifications (Asset): Working at Heights / Fall Protection certification.

Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
