Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly customer service throughout their visit
- Assist with food and beverage preparation, including meal assembly and barista duties if applicable
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for accurate order taking and cash handling
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring presentation standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen stations, and service equipment in compliance with food safety standards
- Support kitchen staff with basic food handling and preparation tasks as needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately and balance registers at the end of shifts




- Ensure all food safety protocols are followed to uphold hygiene and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless guest experiences during busy hours

Experience

- Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Experience with food preparation, serving, cashiering, or barista work is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling procedures is desirable
- Hospitality or hotel experience can be beneficial in understanding guest needs and expectations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and a positive attitude
