Responsibilities

- Operate the cash register accurately, handle transactions efficiently, and process payments securely
- Prepare a variety of desserts with attention to quality, presentation, and consistency
- Serve customers promptly with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Assist in food preparation tasks, including ingredient measurement, mixing, and plating of desserts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and service areas in compliance with food safety standards
- Supervise team members during shifts,



providing guidance on food handling, customer service, and operational procedures
- Manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed to ensure continuous operation

Qualifications

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly in dessert or pastry preparation
- Familiarity with restaurant management operations including cash handling, POS systems, and customer service protocols
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
