JOON'S is a new fine-dining restaurant opening in 2026 at 6211 Mayfield Rd, Brampton, ON. We are hiring full-time Supervisors to lead a section of the dining room through service.
What you'll do
- Lead a section of the floor and the captains, servers, bussers and runners working in it
- Run pre-shift briefings and keep your section on pace during service
- Check that every table meets our fine-dining standards
- Handle guest requests and concerns quickly and gracefully
- Support managers with training, opening and closing duties
What we're looking for
- Experience as a supervisor, captain or senior server in fine dining or upscale hospitality
- Strong leadership and communication under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail
- Smart Serve certification (or willingness to get it)
- Available evenings, weekends and holidays
