Duties

- Lead and supervise store staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment focused on achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service
- Oversee daily store operations including cash handling, POS transactions, merchandising, pricing strategies, and inventory management
- Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills in sales, customer service, merchandising, and store procedures
- Manage payroll processing, budgeting, and bookkeeping activities to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to boost store traffic and sales performance
- Monitor store performance metrics; analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization

Skills





- Strong leadership abilities with proven supervising experience in retail environments
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly valued for engaging diverse customer bases
- Proficiency in negotiation, merchandising, pricing strategies, and sales management techniques
- Skilled in recruiting, training & development, and team management to build high-performing teams
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling procedures, payroll processing, and bookkeeping software
- Effective organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks using time management techniques
- Knowledge of marketing principles, customer service excellence, and retail sales strategies
- Ability to handle administrative responsibilities such as budgeting, purchasing decisions, phone etiquette, and record keeping with precision
- Strong math skills for inventory control, pricing adjustments, and financial reporting
