About the RoleWe are looking for a Retail Marketing Manager to drive marketing strategy and execution across key retail accounts in Canada. This role will support the growth of Anker's nnulti-brand portfolio (Anker, soundcore, eufy)by developing effective retail marketing plans that drive sell-throuIgh and overall business performance.

Responsabilités

- Own retail marketing plans across key accounts and categories, aligned with business objectives andchannel priorities

- Plan and execute retail marketing initiatives (e.g., in-store displayss, campaigns, merchandising) to drive sellthrough and customer engagement

- Leverage brand and global marketing plans and assets, adaptingthem into effective retail executions acrosschannels

- Oversee the development and execution of retail assets and merc:handising materials (e.g., displays, POSM),ensuring strong in-store presence and consistency

- Work closely with Sales and GTM teams to align marketing planswith commercial priorities, key launches,and retail calendars

- Act as the key marketing contact for retail partners,



managing day-to-day communication and collaborationon marketing initiatives

- Manage retail marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation to maximize ROTrack and analyze performance, providing insights and recommerdations to continuously improve marketingeffectiveness

Qualifications

- 5-8 years of experience in retail, trade, or channel marketing

- Experience in consumer electronics or similar fast-paced consiumer industries preferred

- Strong understanding of retail dynamics and how marketing drives sell-through and business performance

- Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable results (e.g., sell-through, ROI)

- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skillss, with the ability to work across Sales, GTM,and marketing teams

- Excellent English communication skills required

- Mandarin is a strong asset; French is a plus

- Comfortable working in a quick-paced, cross-functional and cross-time-zone environment
