Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide expert assistance on products including gardening tools, horticulture supplies, and landscape maintenance equipment
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges while handling cash and electronic payments accurately
- Maintain attractive product displays through merchandising best practices to maximize sales opportunities
- Assist customers with inquiries in multiple languages to ensure an inclusive shopping experience
- Support inventory management by organizing stock, restocking shelves, and conducting regular stock checks
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions about gardening techniques, horticulture products, or online shopping options such as e-commerce platforms
- Conduct cash handling procedures responsibly and ensure all transactions are recorded precisely

Experience

- Previous retail sales experience is preferred,



especially in environments involving gardening, landscaping, or horticulture products
- Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering procedures to facilitate smooth transactions
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
- Knowledge of gardening practices, landscape maintenance tools, or horticulture concepts is advantageous
- Organizational skills to manage stock levels, maintain store cleanliness, and support merchandising efforts
- Customer service experience that demonstrates patience, active listening, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
