Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products, providing detailed information about features and benefits.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently to process sales transactions accurately and swiftly.
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising techniques to enhance product visibility.
- Handle cash transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties, with precision and integrity.
- Support landscape maintenance and gardening sections by offering expert advice on horticulture and plant care.
- Engage with customers in multiple languages (multilingual skills are a plus) to ensure clear communication and personalized service.
- Assist with e-commerce orders, returns,



and exchanges to provide seamless shopping experiences both online and in-store.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Strong communication skills in English; additional language skills are advantageous for serving diverse customers.
- Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and cashiering is desirable.
- Passion for gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance enhances your ability to assist customers effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory, merchandising displays, and store cleanliness.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating independence when needed.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as required.
