Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise all store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and high standards of customer service.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to build a motivated and skilled workforce capable of exceeding sales goals.
- Manage inventory purchasing, merchandising, pricing strategies, and stock replenishment to maximize sales potential.
- Oversee cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and bookkeeping processes to ensure accuracy and security.
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain loyal clients.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide coaching, and foster a collaborative workplace.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive shopping experience for all visitors.

Experience





- Proven supervising or management experience within retail environments, with a strong background in retail sales and store management.
- Demonstrated skills in negotiation, team leadership, and sales management to motivate staff and achieve targets.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to effectively communicate with diverse customer bases.
- Experience with payroll processing, budgeting, merchandising, pricing strategies, and administrative tasks such as bookkeeping.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, purchasing processes, and inventory control is essential.
- Strong organizational skills combined with excellent communication abilities to manage time effectively and lead teams confidently.
- Previous recruiting, interviewing, training & development experience is preferred to build high-performing teams.
