As a Rogers Representative, you'll see telecommunications from the customer's point of view: staying connected, enjoying favorite programs, and keeping a familiar home phone service available. Instead of delivering the same sales pitch to everyone, the Roger's Representative adapts sales recommendations to our customers' priorities in person.

Responsibilities of the Rogers Representative

- Help our customers explore options for home internet, TV entertainment, and traditional landline phone service in person.
- Start engaging in person sales conversations to understand customers’ current services, their routines, and reasons for considering alternatives.
- Present relevant service choices in simple language in person,



focusing on what customers need to know to make an informed decision.
- Answer routine questions, support enrollment, and connect customers with the appropriate team for more complex requests.
- Document customer preferences and agreed follow-ups carefully, following company procedures for customer information.
- Create a positive sales experience by making each interaction informative, respectful, and focused on the customer.

Qualifications of the Rogers Representative

- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or telecommunications is a plus.
- A professional communication style that builds sales trust and credibility quickly.
- Ability to remain positive and composed during complicated sales situations.
- Willingness to continuously learn new products, services, and sales promotions.

Gateway Winnipeg is an independent Authorized Dealer of Rogers Communications. This position has no employment relationship with Rogers. Pay: $800.00-$1,300.00 per week
