As a Lacoste Sales Associate, you are responsible for achieving individual sales goals by communicating the features and benefits of our products, developing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, Sales Associates assist in the overall maintenance and visual presentation of the stores.

Essential Job Responsibilities: Customer Service & Sales:

- Desire to achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs as determined by the Store Manager.
- Passion to connect with customers and drive sales while providing excellent customer service aligned with Company standards.
- Embrace a culture that prioritizes the customer experience first and foremost.
- Be perceptive to customers’ wants and needs, utilizing product knowledge to ensure satisfaction.
- Develop a strong knowledge of Lacoste products, including sizing, content, and features, and effectively communicate this knowledge to customers to build sales.

Operations:





- Become familiar with stock levels and understand how to use systems to check availability and perform inter-store transfers.
- Assist with the implementation of the store’s visual directives and maintain housekeeping standards.
- Encourage future purchases through regular follow-up via thank-you notes, phone calls, and providing excellent customer service. Ensure client capture expectations set by the Company are met.
- Develop a full understanding of store computer systems to ring transactions and perform functions such as receiving and transferring merchandise or sending merchandise via UPS.
- Protect store assets and inventory through an awareness of loss prevention procedures and report violations to the supervisor.
- Assist with all other duties as required by store management.

Requirements/Qualifications:

- Sales experience in retail apparel is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills required.
- Proficient in retail point-of-sale software systems
- Must be a team player, outgoing, well-organized, and able to prioritize tasks.
- Must be able to lift, carry, or move objects weighing up to 15 pounds when merchandising the sales floor using ladders or stairs.

- 10-15 hours per week

Job Types: Permanent, Part time Pay: $16.40-$17.00 per hour
